Сайт, oasa.ninehub.com, принадлежит кафедре английского языка и межкультурной коммуникации, ВСГТУ, г. Улан-Удэ.

Изначально, сайт был расчитан только на курс по Американистике - Online American Studies Activities (OASA). Однако, позже был переименован в "Department of English Language for Intercultural Communication" для более широкого отражения учебной работы кафедры. Таким образом, курс по Американистике стал одним из курсов, представленных кафедрой на этом сайте.

Здесь, также размещены тесты для различных специальностей, задания для домашнего чтения, как для студентов очной формы обучения, так и заочной.

The OASA project is coming to an end. A lot is to be done but the most of the tasks has been completed. The project is subject to permanent revision and update.

  • Online American Studies Activities

    American Studies is a profound field of study that does not limit itself on the aspects we are to take during the semester. Despite this the most important areas of American Studies are on the list of your research.

    Keeping in mind that "for a ship that doesn't have a compass any port is a destination" you are to follow certain instructions. They are designed to keep your efforts arranged but not restricted. That is why the title of the course is American Studies Activities (ASA).


Кафедра английского языка и межкультурной коммуникации была организована в 2005 году на базе кафедры иностранных языков ВСГТУ, существовавшей с 1962 по 2005 год.

Кафедру английского языка и межкультурной коммуникации возглавил доцент, кандидат филологических наук Бидагаева Светлана Димчиковна.
